Ingredients:
Pasta (55%): Gluten-free pasta preparation (corn starch, potato starch, legume flours [peas], vegetable fibres [potato, corn, pea, psyllium], natural flavours), EGGS (24% in the pasta), water, Italian extra virgin olive oil.
Filling (45%): Ricotta (67% on the filling)(pasteurized MILK whey, salt, acidity corrector E330), grated cheese (MILK, salt, rennet, preservative E1105 [lysozyme from EGGS], anti-caking agent E460), whey powder (lactose, skimmed milk powder), fresh cooked spinach (5.5% of the filling), gluten-free breadcrumbs (rice sourdough, [rice flour, water], starch [maize, deglutinated wheat, rice], rice flour, rice syrup, sunflower oil, buckwheat flour, thickener hydroxy-propylmethylcellulose, decorticated millet flour, pea protein, vegetable fibre [psyllium, inulin], citrus fibre, thickener: xanthan gum, mail flour, dextrose, salt, yeast, acidifier: tartaric acid, invert sugar syrup, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), salt, nutmeg.
