Filling (30%): Tuscan PDO ham (45% on the filling) (pork, salt, pepper, natural flavours), grated cheese (MILK, salt, rennet, preservative E1105 [lysozyme from EGGS], anti-caking agent E460), Mortadella Bologna PGI (pork, salt, spices, natural flavours, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, preservative: sodium nitrite), gluten-free breadcrumbs (rice-based sourdough starter, [rice flour, water], starch [maize, deglutinated WHEAT, rice], rice flour, rice syrup, sunflower oil, buckwheat flour, thickener: hydroxy-propylmethylcellulose, decorticated millet flour, pea protein, vegetable fibre [psyllium, inulin], citrus fibre, thickener: xanthan gum, mail flour, dextrose, salt, yeast, acidifier: tartaric acid, invert sugar syrup, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), salt, nutmeg.
