Ingredients
- 200 g gluten-free tagliatelle by Gusti Toscani
- 3 tablespoons rice oil
- 3 Tarocco oranges (2 for the orange cream sauce, 1 for the garnish)
- 1 tablespoon of rice flour
- 150 g Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons smoked black olives
- A few leaves of parsley
Directions
Combine the rice oil with the rice flourIn in a non-stick pan, add the juice of two oranges and the Parmesan cheese.
Mix until a semi-dense cream is obtained. Bring the water to a boil and cook the noodles for 4 minutes.
Take some of the orange sauce and use it as a base for the dish, then stir the pasta with the remaining sauce.
Serve and decorate with the olives, a slice of orange and some parsley leaves.
